So… Can You Get a Refund? Yeah, in some cases — absolutely. We’ll either refund you or re-do the job. Here’s when: Your car left dirtier than it should’ve. We missed spots, didn’t rinse properly, or just plain didn’t finish. You were charged for a service you didn’t get. There was a tech failure — machine didn’t start, something glitched, or payment double-processed. If something’s clearly our fault, we won’t argue. We’ll fix it. When It’s a No There are a few situations where we don’t offer refunds: You changed your mind after the wash was done. Weather ruined your clean ride an hour later (we wish we could control that too). You showed up late or missed your time slot and we’d already prepped. You picked the wrong service and the team did exactly what you booked. We’re chill, but we also rely on time, materials, and people showing up. How to Tell Us Something Went Wrong Just reach out. The fastest way? Snap a few photos, tell us what happened, and send the details through our support form or front desk. No need to write an essay — we just need: Your name and wash time What went wrong Any pics that help us see the issue We’ll get back to you fast, usually in a day or two, and let you know if it’s a refund or a rewash. Refunds Go Back to the Card You Paid With We don’t do cash refunds unless you paid in cash. No gift cards unless that’s what you used. No weird credit swaps. Just straight back to how you paid, simple as that. One Last Thing We’re proud of what we do — but we’re also human. If we missed the mark, just say so. We won’t ghost you or give you attitude.
