Aqua is committed to providing exceptional automotive care, and these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) ensure a transparent and respectful experience for all parties involved. Nature of Our Services Aqua offers a range of professional car wash and detailing services, including exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, ceramic coatings, and seasonal packages. All services are subject to availability and may differ depending on location and weather conditions. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw service options to maintain quality and safety standards. 3. Reservations and Confirmation Appointments may be scheduled through our website. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us. Please ensure all details, such as vehicle type and desired service, are accurate at the time of booking. Walk-ins are accepted when schedule permits, but priority is given to confirmed bookings. 4. Arrival and Service Time To respect everyone’s time, we request that customers arrive 5–10 minutes before their appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. For vehicles arriving significantly dirty (e.g., excessive mud, pet hair, construction residue), additional fees may apply. We will always seek approval before performing any service not included in the original booking. 5. Payment and Charges All pricing is available online and is subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, and any added services. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prepaid during booking. We accept major cards and contactless payment methods. Tips are appreciated but never required. 6. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility Customers are responsible for notifying our team of any pre-existing damage, sensitive areas, or aftermarket parts. Aqua is not responsible for wear-related incidents or issues stemming from damaged or aging components. We take utmost care with every vehicle. Any incident caused by our team will be reviewed, and fair compensation or resolution will be offered. 7. Cancellations and Missed Appointments We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. Missed or late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 30% of the service total. We understand life happens — if something comes up, please notify us as early as possible. 8. Weather and Service Modifications Some services (such as waxing or paint protection) may be postponed due to rain, snow, or extreme weather. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule without penalty. We reserve the right to adjust services to ensure quality and effectiveness based on current conditions. 9. Customer Conduct Aqua maintains a respectful environment for both customers and team members. Any form of verbal abuse, aggressive behavior, or misconduct may result in refusal of service.
